Way2speed Performance Exhaust systems and performance parts
No Return Policy for used goods
1. The manufacturer, importer or dealer shall not be liable for any incidental damage including personal injury or any other damages caused by improper installation or operation of the Way2speed Performance Exhaust system / Way2speed Performance parts.
2. Way2speed Performance makes no representation or warranties with regard to damage caused by the improper installation, use and maintenance of the Way2speed Performance Exhaust system / Way2speed Performance parts . The warranty is limited to defects recognized by our technical department and to normal use and excludes items subject to normal wear (gaskets and Ceramic wool). The guarantee is void in case of accident, modification, improper or competition / race use.
3.All models of Way2speed Performance Exhaust system / Way2speed Performance parts carry a limited lifetime warranty on the Stainless Steel material and are limited to defects recognized by way2speed technical team. The Matte Black Way2speed Performance Exhaust system / Way2speed Performance parts carries an 12 months warranty on the paint and is limited to defects recognized by way2speed technical team.
4. Do not attempt to install the Way2speed Performance Exhaust system / Way2speed Performance parts on a motorcycle / car for which it was not made or tested by Way2speed Performance.
5. When the exhaust gets very hot during operation, be careful not to burn yourself on the exhaust or parts which are in direct contact with it, even when the motor is not running. Also protect other people, especially children, from the injuries mentioned above.
6. Way2speed Performance Exhaust system / Way2speed Performance parts is manufactured using the highest grade of commercially available Stainless Steel 304 and Aircraft grade Aluminum. It is, however, normal for the Stainless Steel to change colour (Golden brown) due to high operating temperatures which is not a defect and cant be covered under warranty.
7. Do not spray water directly into the Way2speed Performance Exhaust system. If water enters the exhaust, it may change the exhaust note and will void the warranty.
8. Product Specification of Way2speed Performance Exhaust system / Way2speed Performance parts and related products are subject to change without prior notice.
9. The original dealer sale bill in untampered condition must accompany along with the Warranty card.
